Grzegorz Rossoliński-Liebe (geb. 1979) studierte Kulturwissenschaften an der Europa-Universität Viadrina (1999-2005) mit Auslandsaufenthalten in Dublin und Lemberg. Seine Dissertation über das Leben und den Kult von Stepan Bandera schrieb er an der Universität Hamburg. 2023 habilitiere er an der Freien Universität Berlin mit einer Arbeit über polnische Bürgermeister und den Holocaust. An der Freien Universität Berlin bietet er Seminare über verschiedene Aspekte der osteuropäischen, europäischen und globalen Geschichte an und forscht zum Holocaust, Nationalismus und Antisemitismus.

Er veröffentlichte Bücher, Aufsätze, Sammelbände und Sonderhefte über den Holocaust in Osteuropa, transnationalen Faschismus in West- und Osteuropa, Aspekte der jüdischen, polnischen und ukrainischen Geschichte vom 18. bis 21. Jahrhundert und Antisemitismus an europäischen Universitäten. Seine Aufsätze erschienen unter anderem in German Yearbook of Contemporary History, East European Politics and Societies, Zagłada Żydów. Studia i Materiały, Yad Vashem Studies, Zeitschrift für Geschichtswissenschaft, East European Jewish Affairs, Kritika.
